Extended Stay reservations require all occupants over the age of 18 to pass a criminal background check. A $100 deposit is due at the time of booking. This $100 deposit will be taken off your 1 st month’s rent upon arrival. Cancellations will receive no refund. Upon arrival, a separate, $150 deposit will be collected and is eligible for a refund less your final month’s electricity, and assuming the site is left in good condition.

Rates are based on two adults per site. $10.00 per additional guest/visitor per day. (Limit 2 visitor/guests per site). Rates will vary depending on holidays and seasonal months. Rally Rates 12 Coaches or more contact reservations for more information. We are pet friendly and allow 2 pets per site within breed restrictions.
