Terms of Service
- RV Site check in time: 1:00 PM
- RV Site check out time: 12:00 PM
- Cabin rental check in time: 3:00 PM
- Cabin rental check out time: 11:00 AM

At Water’s Edge RV Resort, we try to honor your site choice as listed on this reservation confirmation, however, please understand that site availability is guaranteed, but not a specific site. Occasionally, it will be necessary for our staff to reassign you to a new site.
We do not guarantee the same site. If you choose to extend in the site you originally chose at booking, check with the office by 10:00 AM for a possible extension. We do not guarantee the same site. Refund Policy
At Water’s Edge RV Resort, we provide refunds for cancellations of daily/weekly RV sites if they are cancelled 48 hours prior to your arrival date, and refunds for cabin sites if they are cancelled 72 hours prior to your arrival date.
All refunds are in full less a $25 cancellation fee.
- We do not refund for holiday cancellations
- We do not refund for shortened stays
- We do not refund deposits for an extended stay cancellation
Cancellation Policy
Daily/Weekly RV Cancellation Policy: $25 cancellation fee, no refund 48 hours. prior to check-in, no refund on Holiday weekends.
Extended Stay RV Cancellation Policy: $100 non-refundable deposit.
Daily Cabin Cancellation Policy: $25 cancellation fee for 72 hours prior to check-in, no refund on Holiday weekends, 2 night minimum required.
Weekly Cabin Cancellation Policy: $100 non-refundable deposit per week.
